R.R.M.T.D Ropment Medical Centre is a premier healthcare facility established by Mr. Kennedy Prestone Obare, our visionary Director. What began as a modest clinic has grown into a full-service medical center providing comprehensive care to our community.
We operate 24 hours daily to ensure uninterrupted access to quality healthcare for individuals and families throughout Kisii County and neighboring regions. Our services include in-patient and out-patient care, emergency services, laboratory diagnostics, pharmaceutical services, and specialized reproductive health services.
We proudly serve patients from all economic backgrounds, with most services covered by Social Health Authority (SHA). Our out-patient department requires simple registration to access these benefits.
Currently serving approximately 70 in-patients and 50 out-patients daily, we're committed to expanding our reach with new branches planned for each sub-county headquarters to make quality healthcare more accessible.

What are your operating hours?
Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency services. Outpatient department hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, with specialty clinics operating on scheduled days.

Do you accept SHA insurance?
Yes, we are an accredited SHA facility. Both in-patient and out-patient services are covered for registered members. Please bring your SHA card and identification when visiting.

What should I bring for admission?
Please bring your identification, insurance information, any current medications, personal toiletries, and comfortable clothing. For maternity cases, please bring baby care items.

How do I get my lab results?
Most routine lab results are available within 24 hours. You may collect them in person or authorize someone to collect them for you with proper identification. Some results are available digitally through our patient portal.

Do you offer ambulance services?
